A daily service charge of $11.10 per adult per day ($10.00 service charge + 11% state tax) is a mandatory charge to each guest of the resort and not included in the point redemption amount. The daily service charge includes the use of the fitness center, beach services and daily newspaper delivery.

From January 1, 2009-April 30, 2009 and December 21, 2009-December 31, 2009, cancellations must be made at least 14-days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to two night's room and tax or forfeiture of the point redemption amount from your Returns account. From May 1, 2009-December 20, 2009, cancellations must be made at least 7-days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to two night's room and tax or forfeiture of the point redemption amount from your Returns account.

Point redemption amount subject to change at anytime at the sole discretion of LQ Management L.L.C. Additional nights may be reserved without the use of Returns points, however rates are determined by the individual resort and are subject to change at any time. Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made through the Returns Service Center.
