ADDITIONAL CHARGES & HOTEL POLICIES:

Additional person charge of $15.00 per night, per person for third and fourth person sharing, over 17 years of age, subject to tax 13% is not included in the point redemption amount.
Rollaways are $25.00 per night subject to tax 13%.
Parking is $22.00 per car, per day, inclusive of tax.

Check-out is before 11am.

The Resort Fee is included in the point redemption amount and provides for in-room coffee service, daily newspaper, unlimited use of Fitness Center equipment, lockers, hot tubs, sauna, steam room and shower facilities during operating hours, use of non-motorized beach equipment, poolside chairs and umbrellas, pool floats, pool activities and pool concierge services.

Cancellations must be made at least 72-hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to one night's room and tax or forfeiture of the point redemption amount from your Returns account.

Point redemption amount subject to change at anytime at the sole discretion of LQ Management L.L.C. Additional nights may be reserved without the use of Returns points, however rates are determined by the individual resort and are subject to change at any time. Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made through the Returns Service Center.
