From January 1, 2009-April 30, 2009 and December 20, 2009-December 31, 2009, cancellations must be made at least 7-days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to one night's room and tax or forfeiture of the point redemption amount from your Returns account. From May 1, 2009-December 19, 2009, cancellations must be made at least 3-days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to two night's room and tax or forfeiture of the point redemption amount from your Returns account.

Point redemption amount is subject to change at anytime at the sole discretion of LQ Management L.L.C. Additional nights may be reserved without the use of Returns points, however rates are determined by the individual resort and are subject to change at any time. Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made through the Returns Service Center.
