Resort fee of $25.00 per night of stay includes gratuities for most of the employees, with the exception of restaurant and golf staff, and spa therapists. The resort fee is a mandatory charge and is included in the point redemption amount.

From May 1-November 30, cancellations must be made at least 72-hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to one night's room and tax. From December 1-December 24 and December 26-April 30, cancellations must be made 7-days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to one night's room and tax. Cancellations must be made at least 21-days prior to arrival if the arrival date is for Christmas or Fantasy Fest.

Point redemption amount subject to change at anytime at the sole discretion of LQ Management LLC. Additional nights may be reserved without the use of La Quinta Returns points, however rates are determined by the individual resort and are subject to change at any time. Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made through the Returns Service Center.
