We stayed at this hotel over the weekend with our two granddaughters and extremely impressed with the service provided especially during breakfast hours. There were 3 people constantly checking to make sure nothing ran out, very friendly, and willing to assist if you needed anything. They served scrambled eggs ranchero and sauage links in addition to the regular breakfast items i.e., cereal, waffles, boiled eggs, pastries, bagels, instant oatmeal, bananas, apples. The whole place was very clean, our room smelled fresh, the restroom didn't have a bad odor like some places. I highly recommend this place for families particularily but anyone would enjoy the hospitality offered. They have a nice pool but we didn't get a chance to use, and also a jacuzzi but the heater was not working, we didn't use it either. We used the washer and dryer and it worked perfectly, very clean. Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel and will make reservations again on next trip to San Antonio.
This property is just one of the best La Quinta's. We stayed at this location over 3 years ago when it was new, and it is just as clean and beautiful today. Spacious room, fluffy towels, clean bathroom. Well supplied with name brand breakfast products - Bigelow teas and Community Coffee. Kind and helpful staff.
The room was clean and the service was good. Just watch out during the college spring break time. The students forget that the hallway is no place to sleep and "party." The staff handled this immediately and effectively. I would stay here again.
I actually booked this room for my brother. He was passing through on his way to Utah. The rooms were nice, very easy access to IH10, shopping and dining areas. Fiesta Texas (Six Flags) is only a few minutes away. Didn't have to worry about anyone breaking in his moving truck.
We have stayed at this Inn several times this past year and have nothing but good service and friendly staff. Due to our business meeting locations, this is one of several locatoins to choose from but choose this due to the past treatment and welcoming from the staff.
