Chose this location due to its proximity to the Peoria Sports Complex. The rooms were nice for business class with adequate WiFi. Front Office Staff was average. They heeded my complaint but did not seem to care.
Breakfast was spartan, but the make your own waffles was a positive.

LOTS of hotels within blocks for the same price that have not chosen to skimp out on basic breakfast items. Since we all have choices, choose otherwise and they will get the hint!
Second the Elderly Lady that runs the breakfast bar thinks she is being cute by telling you she is cutting you off at a certain point. Who is looking for or needs another parent?
I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the room, lamp shades so dusty I could write my name on them. The carpet was dirty. The one and only washing machine was out of order since the day before during a stay with several baseball tournament guests and no way to wash uniforms, other than washing them by hand! The beds and pillows were adequate. The breakfast ok. Location was great for the reason of our stay.
I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last few years. The staff are attentive and the rooms are super clean! The price is great depending on the time of the year. There is a very nice outdoor swimming pool, great internet service, laundry facilities, and a good breakfast. This hotel is in close proximity to stores and restaurants. It is on Bell Road but off a bit so you have no traffic noise. The beds are heavenly to sleep. If you come around Spring training time for the baseball teams, then it can be a little nosiy with the crowd staying at the hotel. Other than that it is quiet and peaceful.
The price was right and the service was excellent. The room was more than adequate and the A/C was EXCELLENT. My family was cold, but the beds come with blankets!There are several restaurants surrounding this hotel and if I am ever in this area again, I will choose this hotel. Thank you La Quinta
