My husband and I (plus our two Yorkshire Terriers) stayed at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Jacksonville for one night in March on our way back to Wisconsin from Florida. We were very happy with the hotel and staff. Check-in was quick and efficient with an incredibly polite and welcoming front desk receptionist. In fact, each member of the staff we encountered was congenial and professional. The hotel was being renovated, and our room was clean, crisp, and perfect for our stay. The landscaping, including the pond and fountain, plus the interior of the hotel, were also tastefully decorated. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of selections. Parking was easy and plentiful. There were restaurants within walking distance. Check-out was fast and easy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has been renovated and looks great. The rooms were fresh and clean and well decorated. The new mattresses are super to sleep on and a vast improvement to the old ones. They could go on and renovate the bathrooms too. This would make this hotel one of the best values in Jacksonville.

We were here for a dog rescue reunion with seminars. Loved the comfortable recliner chair and even desk chair was comfortable. Was recently renovated and very clean. Good breakfast and beautiful areas to walk dog. Had a lake with ducks and ducklings adjacent. In a good location with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this for pet-friendly hotels
Best Pet Friendly hotel in the Jacksonville area. Stated here two night while pet had eye surgery at a local vet eye clinic...Rooms were super clean...Hotel staff were very friendly.
Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting with or without pets.
It was clean and everyone was friendly. The beds were sooooo comfortable!! my only issue was i was told the pool was heated and it was not and the hot tub temp was as it should be but the whirl part of it didn't work. Breakfast was continental and no limit on what you can eat. I had access to use the hotel computer but you don't have access to print. Also, no time limit so if someone is in front of you , you are kind of at their mercy.
Either way I will stay here again a because I like this place :)
