Great hotel for the price. The rooms are big. Bed are a little small for teenagers and adults. Clean, comfortable, friendly. The breakfast is your basic continental. The pool area is very nice. Good location for shopping and restaurants.
If you looking for a no hassle, excellent experience.
If you prefer to deal with incompetence and inferior service you will just have to mosey on down the road, this is not the spot for you. Sorry.
They will have to be overbooked for me not to stay here on my next visit. Really hope I'm not shooting myself in the foot with this.
I came to Plano to visit family and was not expecting to stay in a hotel. Chose La Quinta after reading other positive reviews and it really lived up to expectations. Very clean rooms, super comfortable beds, excellent value for money. Other reviews mentioned that the hotel was noisy - I did not experience that. Convenient location, helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

I will always plan to stay at this hotel in all my travels...it was nice to have a small refrigerator and coffee pot like the extended stays.. I usually do not sleep as well...most hotels I wake up with my back hurting.... The bess were soft and they used a light fluffy down blanket, which was wonderful... Everything was clean... The small couch was very comfortable...the room was set up comfortably with the couch at the end of the bed close enough to the tv...good room service.. I just can't tell you how wonderful the manager was.... They need to duplicate him or be sure and have him train others...I could go on and on..
My husband and I and our Cavalier dog stayed here to attend a family graduation event. This hotel was great! Efficient and friendly check-in (including allowing early check-in to help us get to our event on time) and truly pet friendly...meaning they allow pets without charging $100+ extra like other "pet friendly" hotels. The room was modern and spotless in every respect. The grounds (something a dog-walker really notices) were also beautifully maintained. At breakfast you have a view of a lovely courtyard with flowers/greenery if you choose not to watch the TV. Good selection of breakfast foods. Easy carry trays if you want to take it back to the room. Very, very friendly front desk. Great Value!
