The hotel personnel were very friendly. The room was clean but could use some updating. The shower head was very low. I'm 5' 7" and had to bend over because of the shower head height. The coffee was very good. The hotel is in a great location near the mall and many restaurants. The hotel is also pet friendly, which is great.
Front desk was very helpful. My husband was to pick me up at the airport and I ended up on a later flight. The reservation was in my name and they allowed my husband to check into the room. Rooms were nice and clean. Internet was fast. I would stay again when visiting family in area.
My only complaint is that I did not care for the door that went into the bathroom. That is just a personal preference.
Exceptional visit, really just loved Jessica! And the rest of the staff that I had the pleasure to come in contact with! The beds are so Ausome, the Westin has nothing on you! Very clean, well kept rooms! And the grounds were great! Also loved the pool and Hot Tub!
We always stay at this Hotel when ever we come to Brandon, which is once a year at the same time of year. The staff is great, the pool is always a welcome sight on a hot day, the location is super, close to all sorts of Restaurants, the Mall and Movie Theaters. Not far from Tampa and a reasonable drive to Orlando for all of your Disney fans. We will be back
Walk to movie theater, shopping, great pizza. Hotel was very accommodating. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was adequate and clean - provided extra towels and anything else we needed. Pool was fun. Felt very safe. Will stay again!
