Our family drove to Salt Lake from Denver for a few days' vacation. This hotel worked out great for us: close to downtown and other local sights. It was very clean, bright, comfortable. Rooms were very comfy. The place was quiet and welcoming. We saw business travelers and other families too. Breakfast was fine and the staff was very nice.
We stayed 3 days over a weekend in June. BEST orange juice. Room and bathroom were spacious - larger than others. Traveling with dogs, there were bags and containers in front and back. Being next to a business park and several other hotels gave me plenty of room to walk. On a weekend it was quiet. Less than ten minutes to Capitol and Temple Square. Couldn't ask for anything more.
We stayed in this hotel due to close location of the airport as we departured the city next morning. We experienced clean hotel with helpful staff and quick check-in/ check-out. The breakfast was above average and already included in low price for accomodation. The only negative comment relate to fact that breakfast area is not separated from reception desk area.
I've stayed at this hotel two times and both experiences were great. The location is near the airport and just minutes from downtown and freeway access which was perfect for me as I had business all over the city. My last stay was 4 nights in a suite which was roomy and comfortable with enough space to organize all my work things. The front desk staff was amazing with customer service above and beyond my expectations. The rooms, public areas and grounds were all very clean and pleasant.
There is a little restaurant (Roberts?) in walking distance which at first glance didn't seem like it would be that great but the food and service was excellent! I ate there several times on both trips.
I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to SLC.
This Hotel although close to the airport was an excellent facility. The reception was warm and friendly. The room was superb and very clean. We stayed two nights in the area and access to all the City has to offer was very easy from here. The grounds were well kept and clean. Parking was easy as well. In total, this Hotel was great.
