This was an average hotel. Nothing outstanding. I do think the coffeemakers are awful. I also do not like the paper cups for making coffee. The stay was fine, and the staff was friendly. Probably for a town this size, this is a normal LQ. I've stayed in much nicer LQs.
We enjoyed our stay at this La Quinta. I have found that different cities have different quality La Quintas. The bed, bedding and pillows were all very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and we were pleasantly surprised that street noise was minimal. The room darkening curtains did their job.
My issue with hotels in general and this chain in particular is the quality of the food they serve for breakfast. I would have appreciated a banana. I ate the Yoplait yogurt even though it had high fructose corn syrup, because my options were limited. I also had a hard boiled egg. I brought my own green tea bag. Less processed foods would certainly up grade overall quality.
Very impressed with this LaQuinta Inn, would highly recommentd it. Could not find anything wrong. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and large. Liked the way the hotel was layed out. The pool area was toward the rear of the breakfast area, so a nice setting. The excercise room was well equipped. The highway was close by but the room was very quiet. Breakfast area was large and very clean with enough choices. We were able to walk to a restuarant and with choices for dinner, did not want to get back into a car. I hope that all LaQuintas are as nice.
hotel and room were cleanand comforable.The staff was polite and very helpful with answering questions and knowledgeable with the area,.The hotel grounds were kept neat and offered a nice setting with flowers and shurbs,enjoyed setting outside and relaxing.
The room was spotless and quiet. Staff were extremely nice and very helpful. Free Breakfast was good quality. The bedding was comfortable, a few different pillow choices on each bed. The room was free of any odors such as smoke or pets. I would definitely stay here again
