I have stayed at this location for years. There is not a better Hotel in or around this area for the price. I have stayed at a lot of the Hotels in the area for over 40 years of business travel and you can not find a better, cleaner and priced hotel near here or evan in the state of NC, SC or Va.
A MUST STAY WHILE IN THE RALEIGH-DURHAM AREA.

A great place to stay--very clean---love the carpet in the rooms and the decor---rooms are large and very comfortable--lovely place to walk also around the Research Park---a Wendy's is across the street, so that was handy! It was fun!
The staff here go out of their way to problem solve. Plus, the rooms and clean and comfortable-- and breakfast is very nice. A good value overall, and the location can't be beaten. For added value, the property offers 10 days of free on-site parking, meaning that your room almost pays for itself instead of airport long-term fees.
Everything one could hope for in a hotel. Some La Quintas need help, this one is a great example of how they all should be! Derek was so helpful and welcoming.
Location was perfect and experience was wonderful.
Ask for Donald. He is the reason I am staying at this hotel weekly for business travel. He is great with business travelers. He is always pleasant and extremely helpful. I've never had an issue with making reservations and he always remembers my name. If you're looking for as close to home away from home, this is it.
