My family and I recently at this at this location,La Quinta has always been my choice of stay. Last year my husband talked me into staying at a competitor's place. That was my first mistake, my second was not talking him out of it. Needless to say, our stay was not good at all. Their staff was not very friendly, the rooms were average and for the price that we had to pay, they could at least served us breakfast. And, also their linen never looked quite clean. Kudos to you La Quinta you guys have made me fan for life. Your continental breakfast are to die for and linen are always so fresh and so clean. I would also like to thank the staff, everyone that we encountered treated us like family, I can't wait to go back again.

I was surprised by the cleanliness of the room. Everything looked new from the carpet to paint and even exterior. Bed and bathroom also very well kept. The room and furnishings were exceptional compared to some hotels in the same price range. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to use it again in the future.

Bathroom light inoperative, bathroom floor dirty, sticky something on dresser, door had large gap when closed so that light and noise came into room. Also, breakfast appearance was not good, so we did not eat breakfast.

We chose this hotel as a last-minute thing, because I had a 10% off coupon from chattanoogafun.com and because the La Quinta we originally wanted was completely booked. We figured La Quintas were generally fairly nice, but I felt like I was staying in a Days Inn. It was clean, and the staff were friendly, but I had a couple of minor issues. One was that we asked for a roll away bed for my nephew to sleep on, but there was no room for it and he ended up sleeping on the floor anyways. The breakfast was severely limited: no meat, only plain toast or bagels for bread options, the bananas were completely black they were so overripe, and two of the three cereal options were Raisin Bran. However, the value wasn't that great. We paid less than $10 less than the Country Inn we stayed in the next night, and the place wasn't nearly as nice. But the staff was friendly, the place was clean. and the beds were comfy, so if you need a place to stay in a pinch, there are certainly worse places to be.

The front desk was pleasant and efficient. My issues were coffee not being replenished and bathroom area needing to be mopped on the second morning. Both were rectified after I made the front desk aware. I was very, very pleased with my stay. I am a repeat customer of LaQuinta for good reasons. While at this LaQuinta I recommended it to my cousin. I recommend it to everyone.
