We made a reservation for LaQuinta thru Trip Advisor from the road and told them we would be arriving after midnight, knowing the room reservation would be guaranteed. We paid Trip Advisor with Visa in full, in advance. When we arrived, we were told our reservation was sold to someone else. To make matters worse, there were no more rooms! We could not find any other rooms nearby and ended up having to sleep in our car...seriously! We asked for an immediate refund and were told that we had to contact trip Advisor for the refund. We called and were told we would have to wait 10 days for everything to clear. HUH? LaQuinta makes the mistake, we have to sleep in the car, and they make us wait for a refund? Horrible customer service! NEVER book a room this way because your refund will take forever and La Quinta/Trip Advisor don't care about their customer!
We recently stayed at La Quinta for a lacrosse tournament. During check in I requested how much more to upgrade to a room with a refrigerator since I had brought food & beverages for the tournament. I decided not to take the room with a refrigerator since we were on a budget for the weekend. Pat who checked us in had a small refrigerator sent to our room for us to use. The employees are all really nice & helpful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
For me the best Hotel, the person front desk is very friendly and nice, people like her is that should have always in the forefront, for me it has a 100 in his work, is a person very educated and polite and all the staff are friendly, the first time that I'm going to a hotel where all the staff is friendly, I congratulate them, God bless them.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was spotless both inside and out; very, very clean which is always nice to see.
The Continental Breakfast is very good and fresh.
We had a very enjoyable stay and we are looking forward to our next visit.
There is not a lot of choices when one wants to stay in Coral Springs. This hotel is slightly above average. The rooms are large but the furniture looks a little aged. They provide a free continental breakfast. The check-in and out were handled well.
