Booked thru Hotwire's unknown deal as it was for one nite after a long day's travel. This has been a problem in the past not knowing where u may end up. The location overall is fine but the room we were in sits facing Briley Pkwy traffic which never stops. I could not sleep. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but old carpet needs to be replaced as it stinks from the moment u hit the door. We asked front desk to be moved and she said they would send maintenance to spray Febreze for us. The toilet did not flush as well. Don't expect anything from the morning breakfast. There was a large group staying here and when we got downstairs the breakfast area was filthy w/hard boiled eggshells and dried cereals all over the floor. This place is falling apart and is in need of one HUGE renovation. There are a ton of other hotels right next door.
I want to thank "Crystal" for her aide in setting up the three rooms we got as a block even though the reservations were made with two phone calls. All of us are nonsmokers and we were able to get nonsmoking rooms.
Pretty decent place to stay, nice neighborhood, close to airport and interstate; however I was little disappointed for the following reasons; the room did not have a refrigerator or even a microwave. Plus I needed a shuttle for a pick up at the airport and it was not available, but they did pay for the cab ride down to the hotel.
This was not the first time I had stayed with La Quinta so I pretty much expected the same standard, but this one did not meet my expectations.
Went to Nashville for a conference and was traveling alone. The hotel in on a dead end street, safe neighborhood. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The rooms are small, but adequate and clean. They have flat screen tv's, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at this hotel overnight for a mission trip. We had a minor issue with our room which could have been easily been fixed. However, the staff went out of their way and provided us a new room! Very professional, friendly stay. The breakfast was quality. It was a great stay. Will definitely go back to this hotel if back in the area.
