"One of the Best Ever"

From the moment we entered the doors the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was huge with what looked like a double bathtub. All the little things were thought of, such as separate switches for light and exhaust fan. The breakfast was very good with many choices, and again many little things thought of. I cannot remember a motel that would be better, and we travel a minimum of 4 months a year.
Hotel was easy to find. The building has an odd layout with the elevators located at the back of the building. The room was just ok. Ours did not have a fridge or microwave. It also didn't have a couch as we expectd and planned for. The hot tub was cold and not useable. They seemed very understaffed; only one woman at the front desk and she was frequently not there while she was off on other errands within the hotel. There was a large breakfast area with plenty of seating. We were disappointed they were out of waffle batter.
Overall a pretty average place. The price and location were right for our one night stay.
I found this one of the best dog friendly hotels I have stayed in. The area to let dogs potty is large and fenced in on 3 sides. It was wonderful with doggy bags to clean up, available. Rooms were clean, and spacious even with 2 children, 2 adults and 4 medium size dogs. When towels were in short supply the front desk staff had them available almost instantly at out door. The hotel was full and the breakfast room did get full fast, it was small, and this is the only thing I could fault the hotel. I was greeted with warmth at the front desk, and the ease to my room was due to an elevator to the 2nd floor. Beds are comfortable with nice pillows. Ask for a fridge and microwave when you book. Knowing we were with a dog group, they put our room right next to the doggie area via the elevator. It worked out really well.If you are traveling with pups this is an Austin Round Rock must. Hutto dog show and training field is only about 20 minutes away. I would go back any time.
Clean but not spotless, it looks like an older hotel. The free breakfast was limited to DIY waffles or peel you own hard-boiled eggs as far as hot food. No meats. Some fruit and yogurt, bread and bagels. Weakest coffee ever (from a brew as you go machine). So, the food - meh, better than nothing. The best part is the no-fee pet policy. I travel sometimes with 2 Medium sized and well mannered English Setters. Most hotels do not allow pets, and some that do charge a fee of $50 or more and may have limits on weight. The setters are certainly not lap dogs. You do sign an agreement in the event of damage. There is an area where dogs can be walked, small but there is a an empty lot near by also. So, if you have to bring your dog(s) the value is there if you don't mind average every thing else. I'll stay again if travelling with the dogs.
Worse experience ever. Worse customer service. I will never start here. Rooms were not ready at 530 but I was told I could wait if I wanted too. I was also told I could email the manager if I wanted but she wasn't avaible until Monday. No thank you. I just checked out.
