A La Quinta traveler |
I stay at this hotel atleast 2 times a year while running hunting retrievers at the hunt test in Estherwood,La. and have never been disappointed with the room or service and will stay at this location again. Da DogMan
This hotel was clean and staff was extremely nice and helpful. We will stay there again when visiting family. We stayed here on the chance it would be acceptable but it was excellent, very clean and beds were comfortable.
My vehicle broke down along the Interstate. I was towed to Crowley as it was the closest Town with a repair shop. It was after hours so I had no way to get to the Hotel. I called the La Quinta and explained the situation to the young lady at the front desk. Not only was she perceptive and empathetic enough to understand my situation that she in turn relayed this information to the owner/manager who retrieved me. He as well had me transported back to the Repair Shop the next morning. This is truly an astonishing level of concern for a customer (or potential customer in this case) and an incredible level of service.

A very friendly Owner who did everything to make our stay a pleasant one - very attentive and made sure that whatever we needed was available.
The only downside being the first room was that anyone who walked a long the corridor and was noisy, could be heard.
Room fine
The bed was great, folks were helpful picking out local eateries, and check out was easy. I would stay again if I was in the area either on business or pleasure. Clean room including the bathroom. A bit more selection to their breakfest would be nice but overall I'm sure its the same as other LaQunita Inn's.
