The staff at the I-10 hotel are nothing but the best, I feel as if I were at a five star hotel without all the luxury amenities. The staff really make you feel at home. When I first walked in they offer water and cookies. When I needed to wash my clothes they offers detergent and softener. I really felt I was staying with family without he arguments and being hit up for money all the time.
Our A/C went out in our house and the repair company said it would be 72 hours before they could get to our home. Yikes! It was already in the 108 outside. I found great reviews for La Quinta and decided to give it a shot. 25 miles from our home - but worth the trip for the price. The room was really clean, A/C worked and there was a ceiling fan. Wonderful service, great breakfast option, clean pool and gym. Family and business traveler friendly.
I would recommend this motel. Nice accomodations, clean, and a service oriented staff. The apprearance of the facility is good, we felt safe and it was close to restaurants and an esy drive to downtown. The pool area was kept clean and towels qvailable. The breakfast offered a nice variety of food that was hot and freash.
I was very pleased with my room here. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the seating area was spacious and clean. I found the bed comfortable. Parking area was spacious. Close to the airport. Great value for the cost.
Our evening desk clerk Gerard went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. My only complaints are the idiots upstairs stomping around at 11pm and the continental breakfast not opening til 7:30am. Other than that quality, service, and location are top notch.
