Staff are super! Rooms are clean but could really use an update. The breakfast items could be a little better. Wish the tv had AMC. I stay here quite often and I am well taken care of and comfortable.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting friends based in San Antonio. This is not right in the middle of city, but still 15 mins from everything. The staff was really friendly and the cleaning ladies were super friendly. The only prob was that the phone in the room was not working, they would have fixed it but I was in the middle of getting ready and told them not to worry about it.. No biggy. My son LOVED the indoor pool!! Was great in the evening, (no one was there). Got to love swimming in January. So all was great... Almost forgot.. The water pressure in the shower was AWESOME! No problem getting the shampoo out of your hair. (nice, for a change)

Nicest La Quinta Inn we stayed in on our Oct. 2012 trip. Clean, comfortable beds, nice staff at the desk. Fridge and mmicrowave in the room. Had an indoor pool, pool and area around the pool clean and tidy. We did not use the pool, just looked at it. Breakfast is the usual, rolls, waffles, cereal. Would stay there again.

i stayed here with my two kids an fiance, we came in from louisiana (5 hr drive) when we got in i had booked my room in advance was supposed to include fridge an all, well it didnt. room smelled like smoke when i was supposed to get a non smoking room. the carpets were filthy, and there was a scorpion a live one in the sheets of the second bed luckily i moved the covers before i layed my 6 month old down. i let the front desk know and she smirked about it like it was funny!! so after a few months i traveled back and it was five a.m and i decided we needed to sleep so my fiance got us the room an asked for just a single bed cheapest room, the front desk guy charged us 100.00 plus, i was like wth? but my babies were tired and i said fine. we get to the room and its still nasty , filthy carpets..that almost felt wet, it was horrible! in the morning it was a little cold so i got up and turned the heater on so my boys can shower an not freeze..well as i do the damn heater starts filling the room up with smoke an the smoke detectors go off..well at least they worked, but a heater shouldnt blow smoke. i just got my boys an left. i would not recommend this hell hole if someones life depended on it!!!

Lately, my wife and I have gone out of our way to stay at a La Quinta. This particular La Quinta could change that. The king suite we got was roomy, but the couch was broken. Could not sit down to watch TV, other than on the floor. The bed was facing away from the TV. The shower did not show any evidence that anyone tried to clean it. Had dirt and grime all over it. The staff were attentive to our needs and concerns. They switched us to another room, a double bed room, instead of a king room. The new room was cleaner, but had a broken refridgerator in it. Overall we were not too impressed, definitely the worst La Quinta we have stayed in.
