The hotel is a good value and it located close to airport and expo center. The breakfast was pretty average. Pretty the same average "free breakfast" as elsewhere. They do except pets. Very good air conditioner.Good gyros across the street at the Mediterranean restaurant too.

Wonderful dog walk . Good restaurants in walking distance. The beds are great. They have a breakfast that includes wonderful waffels and very good coffee. Liked this place a lot. Will use twice a year as we go north from Florida each summer. Snow birds!
Couldn't have asked for a better stay. I was in town for one night for the radiology oral boards exams (a medieval torture device), and I needed a place that was close to the Crowne Plaza (testing site) but not totally within the hub of activity.
The staff was amazing. They came to pick me up in the shuttle, refused my tip ("honey, that's really not necessary"), and set me up in a nice room. Early the next morning, they drove me and a few other applicants to the testing site and even arranged a pick-up time so we could get back. They allowed late check-out (1 pm rather than 12 pm) so that we could come back and pack rather than worrying about doing all that before the exam.
The room was great. It was enormous, clean, and had a fridge and microwave tucked inside the cabinets. Digital thermostat so you could control the temperature. Nice desk and free wifi. It was a great place to study. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that I might suggest would be to request a few extra blankets if you tend to get cold- the blanket was thin. You could definitely hear people in adjacent rooms, but if you turned on the fan, the white noise masked it all. Despite my nervous energy, I slept well.
I'm a frequent traveler, and I've stayed at all types of places- for $99 plus tax, this was one of my best hotel experiences. Outstanding!
We had to find a hotel that was fairly close to The Cottage Inn where we were meeting friends. Was a little skeptical by the area but once we got in it was really nice. The staff was awesome and very accommodating and professional. The room was clean. I'd give it an 8 out of 10 because I'm picky. The beds weren't the most comfortable but adequate. Would definitely stay again!
My husband and I visited Louisville recently, and chose to stay at the La Quinta near the airport; we were very pleased with our accommodations. The room was spacious and had a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave, which was very handy for restaurant leftovers. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, and we both slept well. The breakfast was tasty and had biscuits and sausage gravy, mini-omelets, and self-serve waffles in addition to the usual pastries, cereals, fruit and yogurt. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and we felt welcomed from the moment we stepped through the doors. The only drawback we found was that the location was not handy to downtown; I-65 took us there and back, but due to the layout of the roads, it was a little bit of a challenge getting on and off the freeway. (Driving tip: Preston Highway is off I-265 coming from the east, but off I-65 coming from the north!) Also, there are no local restaurants in the hotel's vicinity; everything is a fast-food chain. The restaurant corridors of downtown and Bardsdale Road are each about 15 minutes away. Despite the street layout and location, we were very happy with this hotel and glad we stayed there.
