Great location. Very Clean and excellent staff. Loved it.
We recommend to everyone. Great location .we trusted trip advisor and loved this place everything they said about this hotel is true.
Thank you again
I had difficulty with Andrew at the front desk, said he was the manager. I wanted to prepay my reservations and he said it couldn't be done, several times in fact. He was rather short with me and I had to be on their truly irritating hold several times so I gave up. I called their headquarters and was told the opposite so I called back to try again. After more holds Andrew made the charge with no apologies. After thinking it over, I cancelled as if the manager was that negative, I didn't want to stay in his place.
We stayed here while touring Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Very well kept. Pool was nice. Best nights sleep of our long vacation in many different hotels. We will definitely stay here again.
The staff was friendly. Our kids loved the outdoor pool after a long day of rafting. Garrett at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The staff never walked by without saying hello or asking us how our stay was going. Breakfast was okay. other people mentioned the noise and i would suggest getting a second floor room as we heard our upstairs neighbors. The price for a room was a bit more than we wanted or have experienced so we may shop around a little more next time.
We stayed at La Quinta for 2 nights with four kids age 8 and under. The staff was very helpful and tolerant of our noisy, loud, excited kids. Both nights I went down to the front desk to ask for some milk for my 2 year old's sippy cup and they were happy to get it for me from their breakfast kitchen.
The staff also offered to change the TV to cartoons while we were eating breakfast in the morning.
The pool was small sized but the kids still had fun and it was nice to cool off.
Moab hotels are expensive in general but for us it was worth the price to have A/C, pool, free breakfast, etc.
in the past we have camped at the riverside oasis or the canyonlands rv site nearby, but with the heat, we felt like it was worth the added expense to be comfortable after our days' activities.
