Visiting Fruita Colorado to see family. La Quinta is located right off the freeway with easy access to everything. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well appointed. Sue at the front desk was friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome even though she is new to the job there. We will stay there again.
I really enjoyed my stay, but they put me by the stairs and I could hear the people going up and down the stairs until late. The room is nice and clean. The big plus was the State Park right next door. I brought my dog, so we were able to walk the state park and enjoy the beauty. I feel the breakfast should be held until at least 10am. They close it all down by 9am. That's pretty early I feel. If you are on a pleasure trip, but for business I am sure that's pleanty late enough.
Clean, friendly all the things you would expect from a La Quinta. Did not think the room we were in was worth $140 ,but it was late and we were tired.Older TVs in the room,towels were kind of on the thin side. Everyone was friendly breakfast was great and the ladies running it were very friendly. Would have rated it higher,but I think he got taken on the room cause it was one of the last ones they had :(

The other La Quinta in Grand Junction was booked, thank goodness. This La Quinta is very nice with big clean rooms. Price was amazing for the room we had. Festival going on but hotel was still quiet and clean.
I book groups into this property all the time and find it to be very accommodating. Chad, the Manager, will do what ever it takes to make this property work for you and your group. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always ready and friendly. I have checked out the other properties in the area and have found nothing that compares for the price.
I suggest you give them a try!
