I have older parents and we were on a graduation road trip. Having a lobby bathroom as you arrive is important and they did...vending machines with water and snacks too. Rooms exceeded expectations...modern, comfortable accommodations. Expected continental brkfst but it was far more than that. Excellent value for the price. For those with kids, there was a pool too. Great way to break up a long road trip given So Cal traffic patterns.
Such a great friendly staff. I drive 800 miles out of my way just to stay here! Great clean rooms and hotel area. The pool is great. The breakfast has many selections. The walking area around the hotel is really nice. There are an unlimited amount of restaurants in located near the hotel.
It's hard to say what was the best between ALL the personnel at the Valencia location and the breakfast/parking/pool/laundry facilities/location amenities but I go with the personnel. Warm, helpful, responsive. always there and empowered to make my stays there pleasant and professional. From the reception/check in desk to the breakfast staff and the cleaning people, we got respect and great service in line with much pricier properties. I stay there every time I visit LA. Management is very good about their personnel choices.
Only complaint is one time I visited the business center computers & printers were very slow but the next time I stayed the problem was resolved.
Overall, as long as the rates stay close to the same, I will stay there.
The La Quinta, Stevenson Ranch, CA was the perfect place to stay. It was relaxing, comfortable & hospitable. Close to LA & the Valley but in a location high above the smog, noise & rush. It is a very friendly place and being familiar with the area, the fresh air is worth the stay. The patio/pool area should not be overlooked while enjoying this location.
stayed at this hotel due to the price range for visit to los angeles area..great staff at the front desk.and above average cleaning staff..always met my requests for service for any reason..no problems with extra towels or anything else that my family needed..front desk staff very warm and friendly..always said hello as we came back into the hotel..and always said goodby and have a great or nice day..knew the area very well and advised on local needs for our family.everything close by..fast food..food stores..gas stations..and local shopping needs ..you will enjoy this hotel and the staff very much
