An older property but very clean and comfortable. Misty at the front desk was a fount of knowledge and very helpful. Room was very nice with all the amenities. Couldn't ask for much better. One caveat. The hotel is situated near the take off end of the Naples airport, and on weekends, the private jets flying in and out can be a bit distracting, but they are usually done by 9PM. No fault of the hotel's but you should know there is some plane noise during the day. For those who fault the Brightside breakfast: it's free and there is no kitchen staff. I like it for convenience and the food is fresh, as is the coffee and orange juice. If you want more of selection or bigger menu, there is a IHop a 3 minute walk across the parking lot that will give you a complete assortment of breakfast items for around $10. The Brightside is a nice touch and a way to grab a quick snack before you hit the road. It's not meant to replace an IHop or a Dennys.

What I liked best was the Great location, the staff was very accomodating ib making sure we were taken care of. What I liked least was, I wish there was a larger selection of food, it was a limited variety for the breakfest buffet.

The hotel staff and cleanliness was great.Great location and easy to locate hotel. The breakfast was good and the rooms were exceptionally clean. I recommend this hotel to everyone because we had a great time at a great price.

This LaQuinta location is perfect for our biking vacation in the Naples area. The room is large and comfortable and the staff is totally accommodating! We would always pick this location in the future due to the great rates and good breakfast.

I am really not one to write negative reviews; but when I do I feel the obligation to speak my mind! Sure the location is great near the crossroads of Naples Bay and not too far from the downtown, but that's about all it has going for it. Oh, and I must commend management for agreeing to refund our money, even though we paid with Hotwire. I booked this place on Hotwire, thinking it would fit the bill as a three star place to stay. I was not happy with either the room or the hallways. I gave management the opportunity to switch floors and a new room, but I did not like the second option any better than the first. In general, this place is screaming for an update .... a refresh to the carpet, decor and paint throughout. The cleaning could also be improved a bit. We stepped off the elevator to a floor with grungy rippled carpet. You know what happens when old carpet starts to come up and no longer lay flat. I'd say that's a pretty good signal that it's time for a refresh! This was the case on both the second and third floors of this place. Our first room smelled like cigarette smoke plastered over with room freshener. We sat there for a while wondering if we could tolerate that for a night. We decided that life is too short and we requested a different room. Our second room was better smelling, but we found some kind of splattered spots on the inside of the bathroom door and that kind of grossed us out. The place needed a good scrubbing. Of course, one of my first activities in the room was to try and find another place to stay. That was not easy using the very weak wifi signal we found in each of the two rooms we tried. We bailed on this hotel and drove just down the street to Bayfront Inn right on the water. It cost us an extra 20 bucks for the stay, but was well worth it. I suggest you do the same!
