Excellent amenities great breakfast friendly staff very very clean hotel would recommend it. We will return again. Heated pool was great to relax in. Hotel was located within walking distance if downtown shops and entertainment. Hot and cold continental breakfast until after 10:00, which made sleeping in great.

I had judged this LaQuinta unfairly when I decided to choose my hotel by price. I thought because it was affordable that I'd be getting what I paid for. For the most part, I was wrong. My room was clean; wifi was fairly consistent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator, however, was constantly breaking down and made it difficult to get to my room. Had I known about the elevator issues, I would have requested ground-floor accommodations. LaQuinta needs to step up with their breakfasts. The all-carb thing with over-cooked hard-boiled eggs isn't exactly a fueling meal for the start of the day.

I was looking for a hotel that was convenient and affordable after searching extensively I found this hotel. When we arrived the check in person greeted us with a warm smile the front desk was clean. We had a spacious room and it was clean I would stay here again the only negative part is that it's noisy in the hallways and also the breakfast is not that great overall is good.

I stayed at this LaQuinta for a family event in Naples. The Desk clerk Mindy was very attentive in locating me next to other family members already staying at the hotel. The room & bathroom were very clean. The Morning Free Breakfast was good, but the coffee machine needs upgrading! Overall, it was a great stay & I would use this location again!

We stayed at LaQuinta Inn and Suites in July of 2009 after having to cancel a reservation at a hotel close by, which put us in a big predicament as we were getting married in 2 hours! The manager was so understanding and gave us a suite for $79! The room was nice and customer service was great! We decided to stay at this same property for old times sake for a short stay in Naples on Memorial Day weekend. From the unprofessional front desk staff to the mildew odors throughout the hotel this was a bad decision on our part. During early afternoon there were several loud, obnoxious and intoxicated guests roaming around on our floor and in the hotel common areas, I spoke to the front desk and they said they would take care of it. When we returned to our room well after 10 pm after dinner out, second floor was just a nightmare! Children were running up and down the hallways screaming, parents were screaming, door were slamming and we were very annoyed to say the least! We called the front desk and the person said he would check into it, the noise continued well after 12:00 am! I called again and he said there wasn't anything he could, there were lots of kids in the rooms on that floor and hung up the phone while I was still talking! Unacceptable! I spoke to the general manager the next morning and he did comp our stay for that night. Breakfast is served in a hot, cramped area and very unorganized! This hotel may be good for families traveling with children, but is not suitable for older guests who would like to relax.... Good location, but old building that needs a total refurbishing and more staff training!
