The room was lovely, new and had a vanity at the sink for toiletries. Daily front desk clerk was very kind and helpful. One suggestion would be to have a computer available in the lobby for guests to print off their boarding passes. I have never been in a hotel where I had to go to the main desk to log in and print my pass. The computer would be viewed by desk clerk and used only for printing passes. But I flew to Florida and did not bring a printer along. Also takes too long for the free night or special rate to kick in. I will be there 8 nights or more and was there 5 in March and got no special discount for all that time. My Best Western has already given me three free nights and $50. for future stays. Also, rooms were cleaned after 5 PM. That is late. Hire another maid. The one I had was lovely.

Spent a few days, at this clean and pet friendly hotel. Very comfortable bed and specially with pets, very clean - found not smells, or fleas, etc..... We come to Coral Springs often and we enjoy staying here, reasonable prices too. Great location on the "Walk" so many restaurants walking distance.

As a budget hotel, it would get five stars. Compared all hotels, barely average. This is our go-to hotel when we visit family in the area. Service is excellent. We feel welcome, and everyone at the desk is helpful. Location is excellent. We choose to take a cab or car booked at the airport and walk everywhere. That is not significantly more expensive than renting a car. The hotel is at one end of what used to be an upscale shopping strip but which now has all too many vacant store fronts. The mall has several good restaurants. A refrigerator and microwave in the room means that one does not have to be dependent on restaurants. A grocery store at the opposite end of the mall is convenient. Although the rooms are clean, the furniture shows signs of wear and tear. For example, the sofa cushions in our room were reupholstered in a vinyl, which almost matches the fabric. Our top sheet was somewhat frayed. None of this affects our comfort, but it detracts from eye appeal. It looks as though the hotel, like the mall in which it is located, is struggling against a sagging economy.

Good location allows access to Turnpike, Sawgrass Xpwy to 95 so you can get anywhere easily. But the staff makes all the difference. I was here for 3 weeks so I got to know the staff well. Mike (General Manager) and Joshua (Front Office Manager) are always there to make everything work the best for you. Ljupka makes the breakfast buffet fresh and yummy every morning as well as supervising the amazing housekeeping staff that keeps this place spotless. Bertha was my housekeeper and because I was traveling with pets she worked her schedule around mine. That never happens anywhere. This place is clean, accommodating and friendly. Plenty of places in the area to eat at every price point. I will definitely return.

The hockey team stayed here, leisure travel... Location is good, 25 min to i95, 20 min to ice rink Building is nice, clean, fairly well maintained. Staff is friendly. PROS nearby everything, most within walking distance including drugstore to south Nice hotel in price range Plenty parking, helpful when driving truck with trailer Fridge microwave in rooms Umbrellas at heated outdoor pool Friendly baby squirrels at pool A.c. worked good NEUTRAL breakfast - no eggs or sauage, but dennys 30 yrds to north 4 floors, SLOW AS DIRT elevator but convient stairwells Newer but small tvs Staff is active to noise complaints, loud partying at pool till 1130p CONS super slow WiFi and sketchy at peak hours Slow elevator, paper thin walls (like most FL), Sofa pullout very uncomfortable, (pull matress out and sleep on floor) No extra blankets ever available at desk ---Quick to kick out noisey fun at pool on friday/saturday night because walls are not insulated and carry sound. 50/50 to recomend, prefer good wifi TIP- check out elevation burger 6 min walk south, past the pool..good second tier fast food burger joint.
