Since we received a card wanting our comments I thought I would reply. We stayed at your Piqua, Ohio establishment for four days.
Overall our stay was pleasant, the staff was friendly and helpful. However there are some things that could be changed to improve you service. The pillows that were on our bed were completely flat and hard as a rock and very hard to sleep on. We did finally ask for replacements and received a brand new pillows. I thought it was strange that the new ones weren't on the bed in the first place. Our room was only cleaned two of the four days we were there, one day we had to ask for clean towels.
The shower head just put out a very small stream of water that made it hard to get a quick shower. Also thought it was odd that there were no grab bars in the tub since we were in a handicapped room (we are not handicapped). There were grab bars elsewhere.
And lastly, the internet service was intermittent which was very annoying since we were there on business.

An excellent stay - Rooms were clean, employees were freindly and effecient. Breakfast was delicious with very pleasant and sunny personel. There were trains near, but insulation was adequate. We would stay here the next time we are in the area.
Recently stayed here for a weekend excursion to Dayton Area. Very nice motel. We were very happy with the service and cleanliness. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Right off the freeway too! Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in this area.
The front desk staff were SUPER friendly and helpful! Pets stay free and there is free wifi. The breakfast was also super awesome for a free breakfast. The room was extremely reasonable. My ONLY complaint is that the bathroom in my room smelled very slightly like smoke. It was totally livable and the pros definately made it great! Totally recomend this hotel!
Planned on staying at Troy OH but for some reason motels were full so we drove on to Piqua. The staff at the motel in Troy recommended La Quinta as having rooms. The staff was friendly, re-enrolled us in their frequent guest club, honored a "RoomSaver" travel coupon and answered all our questions.. The room was clean, beds were nice and the HVAC unit quiet. The breakfast was top notch. Sheila T. kept all the food items replenished and hot and did a great job cleaning up after diners had left. We will stay there again on our way to Chicago.
