What can I say...room was clean, everything worked..wifi wonderful..oh, and the snacks! You can get snacks in the evening, in the lobby, free of charge. Popcorn, cookies, crackers and cheddar or pepper jack cheese...LOVE this place! Several restaurants nearby, KMart as well. Will DEFINITELY stay again, and recommend!
The room was clean, but time has not been kind. Walls need repainted, it was difficult to get the deadbolt to turn, rusty vents and poor patch job in the bathroom. Breakfast was fine, and all staff were friendly. Small exercise room with treadmill and weights but no towels or disinfectant for the equipment.
We rented a handicapped room in mid-May, 2013. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was far above average for a free continental breakfast - it was virtually a buffet with eggs, bacon, creamed hamburger, etc. The real downside was the layout of furniture in the room. There was only one workstation chair, which is very awkard for a couple. And the furniture was arranged in such a manner that when one person was seated at the desk, the chair would block anybody from walking to the other bed or the other half of the room. It created a bottleneck which closed off half the room. We had to go down to the lobby and borrow a breakfast chair so we could seat two people in our room for take-out dinner.
This motel doesn't look like anything special from the outside but did a commendable job of makingme feel comfortable. The motel is easy to find, with spacious, clean rooms and the staff courteous and friendly. The popcorn, cheese and home made cookies was especially nice adding to the home feeling. I will stay there again upon returning to Rock Springs.
Arrived at 2:30 in the morning without a reservation. The lady at the front desk was very nice and got us into a room quickly. The room and was clean and comfortable with nice,cozy beds. The free breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of choices. The public areas were clean and well maintained. I will stay here again next time I'm in town.
