A La Quinta traveler |
Just a great enjoyable, comfortable,place to stay, great location, very attentive staff, rooms so comfotable beds, great tv, etc. location the best with downtown, Northpark , the airport yummy places to eat. all nearby. Breakfast above expectations. I will always stay there no matter where i have to go in Dallas. I am an elite member and would not change that.! They remember me , my name etc and I am always so happy when I can go to Dallas so I can see the great staff and have such a comfortable place to stay.
We usually stay at this hotel for an overnight prior to dental appointments and shopping. Close and convenient to everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool to relax in and equally nice fitness center and great internet access.
We really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was really friendly and helpfull. The layout's room is very nice, so you feel as it is your own house. The breakfast has different choices, so you can have different breakfast every day. We hope we can come back soon!
Good hotel with a good staff, good breakfast and convenient location for SMU and George W. Bush Presidential Library & Museum.
My only complaint is with the electronic key card. During our 3 day stay we had to have our cards reactivated 4 times.
Been staying here for years, had previously been fine, but in last year or so, property has deteriorated. Recent 4th floor stay had us requesting a different room due to tub bottom looking grimey from dirty feet. Carpet had large plate size stains in several places. Room door would not close without manually having to adjust the handle into the correct position. When told another room was "ready" on 3rd floor, we were given a key to that room and went down with our luggage, only to find it was still not clean. Not a pleasant day.
The daily free breakfast is still the same, adequate with lots of carbs, pastries, yogurts... however, bring your own proteins.
Along another line however, they are close to the GWB library, and the free shuttle they offer is quick and better than trying to find parking there.
