Great location and great atmosphere! Enjoyed very much this hotel and will come back on my vacations with and without my children. Central location makes it easy to get to all what San Antonio has to offer.
This place was in a great area close to everything, Staff was awesome. We felt good every time we spoke with staff they had a smile and they were very helpful to us. clean place even had laundry in the hotel for guests to use that was clean also. We had fun because of the staff being so nice. One I would like to mention was Barbra front desk staff.
Very friendly service. Nice clean rooms and staff was always helpful. Great place to get away. I will definetly stay here next time and recommend this hotel to my friends. We were able to walk to all our events downtown. Which made everything accessible and convenient.

Always enjoy my stay. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Bring your swim suit. Nice pool and hot tube. The workout room is clean and well maintained. I stay 3 or 4 times a year usually 3 nights in a row each time. Located close to many wonderful activities to keep you occupied and happy.
I spent the Thurs night before Fiesta in this La Quinta. Rates are much higher during special events, but that is true throughout the city. I wanted to be relatively close to the downtown action, but didn't want to have to add parking fees on to the room rate. This met both of those criteria.
San Antonio streets and intersections are well marked with signs. Buses also mark destinations and there are stops just outside the hotel.
I was in a king room that had a sofa and recliner, desk, refrigerator and microwave. Met all my needs. Nice to have electrical outlets available on the desk. Also an outlet on each side of the bed, accessible near or behind the bedside stand. The sofa/recliner showed slight wear, but was clean. Internet access was fast - I was able to stream Boston news online without difficulty (needed to follow evolving events back home). Breakfast was standard LaQuinta fare, fruit, cereal, pastries, juice, waffles in Texas shape. Check-in and check-out seamless. Bed comfortable.
