Acceptable front entrance. First encounter less than desirable. Requested ?non pet? room and was told there were no floors available on 3rd floor; however room was available on 2nd floor described as hardly ever having pets in the rooms. We already had the reservation and therefore kept it with the understanding it would be highly unlikely the room had ever had pets in it. Walked off the elevator on 2nd floor only to meet someone with a pet! Later learned the pet occupied the room 2 doors down from us! Felt betrayed! Hallways had nice décor but carpet was stained in areas and ?middle of the road? clean. Tile in entry and halls old style lacking any luster. No business center but computer/printer available in lobby. Rooms are small with updated décor. Walls showing wear and windows dirty with no screens. Air conditioner worked well, no adequate electrical outlets for today?s electronics. Furniture okay and bedding above average with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Linens above average. Full length mirror, small closet, flat screen TV, frig, microwave and small counter for grocery type items. Bathroom was older and small with a good working shower head. Staining around the bottom of the toilet was disturbing. Located in area bordering unattractive and small homes with usual businesses; gas stations and fast food places. Close to interstate and easily accessible to roads leading to the beaches. Breakfast was minimal; cold cereal, yogurt, waffles, bagels & toast, juice & coffee. Breakfast room was fairly nice with very comfortable chairs. We had stayed at the Extended Stay hotel close by a couple months ago and decided not to return there due to the hard beds causing poor sleep and back aches and basically no breakfast. The Extended Stay hotel actually presented itself better now that we have experienced the LaQuinta. A benefit the LaQuinta did have was a pool although it is quite small. If we return to this area again we will find another area to try even if it costs more.

The hotel was nice. We chcked in late and was given a ground level pool side room, which was a nice surprise. The room was clean, the breakfast was adequate. I liked having the fridge and microwave available. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again. I got a great price on the La Quinta site. I was able to print my boarding pass the morning we were leaving, they allowed us to stay a little extra due to the fact we had a late afternoon flight. I really appreciated that.

we stayed here on the last night of our 10 day vacation. The hotel was nice and the price was very reasonable. The rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel staff was helpful in answering our questions. I liked that they had free wi-fi and had a computer available to print off boarding passes.

Our stay was for 6 nights and we found the bed comfortable, the room pleasant, the bathroom always clean, and breakfast a nice variety. Only enjoyed the pool one day but it was clean and warm. Would recommend it for pleasure or business.

Everything about our stay was great!!!The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it, but my dogs insisted on it. The only thing I would suggest that would be nice is a playground area that is fenced in for pets to play.
