Stayed here on the final night of our drive from CA to VA. Hotel is in a nice location close to the premium outlet mall and a number of dining options. The room was clean and the updated furnishings looked great. The bathroom could have used more attention, especially in the tub/shower where dried paint was left inside the tub.
Breakfast and lobby area are very nice. The free breakfast was good and the fact they allow pets is an added bonus. Would stay here again if in the area or needing a place to stay driving along I-40.
We as a family needed a short getaway. We chose this LQ because of the price and indoor heated pool. We had known it use to be a Country Inn & Suites and I heard they just remodel to LQ. Love the new lobby and room look, it?s very contemporary. Breakfast was also excellent. You all keep up with good work, and Sara thanks again for your hospitality. We will be seeing you all soon for our family reunion as we have already rented out half the hotel.
One of the nicest La Quinta's I've been in. Very clean, nicely furnished. Very small complaint: while eating breakfast, 3 employees at desk were chatting and were quite loud. Would stay here again and would recommend it.
I read several reviews on trip advisor and I wonder if we stayed at the same place! The shower had mold in multiple areas. The one bed looked like someone used the mattress pad as a tissue multiple times. The night stand had a bunch of spiders behind it. We told the front desk and no one was available to change the bed! Not staying here again!!
We checked in and went up to the room. Upon entering the room we thought someone else was checked into our room. In the bathroom was a full cup of coffee (cold) and a used plastic cup on the sink. The soap was unwraped and used. Next to the bed on the night stand was a dirty mens T shirt. I called the front desk asking for another room to be told they were sold out and there were no rooms available. I travel a lot (this was 3rd hotel room this week) I don't need much but demand clean. This was gross that we had to dela with a cup of coffee, used cup, and dirty laundry from previous guests. Upon check out we advised the front desk clerk and she said she was sorry and would bring this up at the next housekeeping meeting. There was no offer to "make it right". This is to bad because the hoel seemed like it was ok, but no excuse for dirty and bad housekeeping.
