My room was ready early. It came with frig, wonderful TV and microwave and little coffee pot. The bed was VERY comfortable and clean. Quiet A/C and easy to operate. I have a dog and my room did not smell like a dog had been there before. It is a non-smoking hotel which is a plus for me. Nice workout room. The clerks and maids were very professional and friendly, just like me. I had to check out a day early, and they made that painless also. My view was a brick wall, but wasn't there long enough to gaze out the window. Actually the privacy was a plus.
we recently stayed at this property and was over charged. when brought to their attention, VERY rude and made us feel like we were wrong...crooks. rooms were ok, been at better LQs, breakfast balnd. room smelled like dog even though we had no dog. would not stay again.
Would recommend to everyone, rooms were clean. Everyone was very helpful and happy to help. Breakfast was good you also could enjoy watching T.V. in the dining area. Beds were comfortable and spacious.
From making my reservations with a son handicapped to also having both my dogs as well staying there i could not have asked for a better place to have stayed. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to the needs of ground floor for conveniences for my son. It was a blessing especially with all the stresses of getting my hs. Packed and cleaned for closing and leaving state to move back east. Awesome management!!!!!! Well defeniatelyuse and recommend again.
After an arduous trip, it was a pleasure to be greeted by a genuinely friendly and helpful young man at the front desk. He went out of his way to assist three weary travelers.
The room was spotless, the beds comfortable, the bathroom clean and stocked with sufficient towels. We thoroughly appreciated the pool and hot tub, both clean and inviting.
I would definitely stay again and recommend this La Quinta location.
