Stopped here again,after season in Florida,so nice to see a hotel still maintained at such a high standard. Heather, desk clerk in the evenings,is a joy to deal with! Thank you! Our Elite goody bag,so beautifully done. This hotel's management has really got it pulled together. Hotel a little out of the way when on Rt. 95, but so worth it!
Ok I stayed at a La Quinta a week ago in South Carolina.Wow what a difference night and day. The touch and feel of this environment was a vacation for 8hrs. The bed welcomed me as if it were my very own. The location was prime to the surrounding stores. Walking distance to the Red Robin if you so desire. The best in Midlothian hands down.
I tend to stay in hotels 6-10 nights a month so I'm not super hard to please, but I enjoyed this stay. The girl that checked me in for the night was incredibly sweet, smiley, and made me feel very welcome. I checked in close to midnight, and usually when I do that at others places, the "quality" of the check-in can be a real gamble, especially for me since I didn't make a reservation. I had a room on the second floor that was very clean, had outlets to charge all my electronics, and in the morning I made use of the very conservative "fitness room." I have not had pleasant experiences in the past with other Richmond area stays, and I'm not a hotel snob, so I'll definitely stay here again.
Hotel was much better than I expected. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast. Close to shopping and good restaurants - fast food and super nice places . Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Having to move out of my home for floors to be refinished, I followed the lead of other Trip Advisors and decided to try this hotel which is not the same La Quinta which was further down route 60. This is on the location of an old Holiday Inn. The staff proved to be courteous and
Responsive. The breakfast was nicely prepared and varied, and served in the pleasant, clean
Lobby. My main concern was to have a nice, clean,quiet room. All these demands were satisfied,
And the big surprise was how attractive the place was. The decor is trendy and fresh. The artwork in our room was not the usual cheap stuff.There were nicely done local historic sites done
In black and white. The bedding was of high quality, and my only criticism would be the fact
That all the pillows were unyielding. We spent three pleasant nights, and I would recommend it
To friends and neighbors to house overflow company. A very pleasant surprise at a reasonable price!
