I love La Quinta, which is why I always stay at their sites. I was surprised, however, to find that this La Quinta did not have the standard refrigerator and microwave in each room or in a common and easily available breakfast area. I had to go to the front desk with the items I needed refrigerated overnight. They took the items and then placed them in a refrigerator behind locked doors near the breakfast room. In the morning, I had to go get the items, repack them, etc. This La Quinta also has no all night coffee service, like most other La Quinta Inns. In my opinion: With planes flying over, the wind shrieking outside my window due probably to the angle of the building and the trees outside, and the other guests who seemed to think the hallways were one big party area, sleeping was a challenge. Still, the room, shower, closet, etc, were all very clean. I just wish most of all the refrigerator hadn't become an issue. The staff, of course, as in most La Quintas, was excellent. When I voiced my opinions and requested help, they were there to help. My small dissatisfaction with this one night stay will not keep me from continuing to use La Quinta Inns elsewhere. They are just the best value out there!

We recently stayed at this La Quinta and my wife and I agree you get what you pay for. We did a park and stay and left our car for 7 days and stayed one night. It seemed to be the best deal (in this case lowest price) and everything was to be expected for the price. The hotel is old, maybe vintage 50's from the looks of the windows (which were very dirty). The room was clean I think, but some times it hard to tell in older buildings, and the staff was friendly. Also, a security guard patrols the grounds 24/7. so vehicles are safe!!!!!!!

We come here often as our get away from the hot east bay. Rooms have always been very clean and comfortable. It's located close to the city for exploring and there's a lot to see in the area. We both find something we like in the with enough to choose from. It's pet friendly which we enjoy also. Check inn has always been quick and easy. As it gets later in the night parking gets harder but there's more parking in back.

This hotel is definitely not up to the usual LQ quality we expect. It's old, and showing it. The staff is very nice. It's a Park, Sleep and Fly option for SFO, however there are others in the same area that are much nicer for the same rate. Because of the Park, Sleep and Fly parking is at a premium. You may have trouble finding a parking spot.

We stayed one night and used the park and fly rate. The room was clean, but the elevator could used some attention, shuttle service was efficient and there was no problem finding a place to park our car in spite of a full hotel. The breakfast was typical and we did find yogurt as well as hard boiled eggs. Bed was comfy and while other reviews have mentioned a train, our room faced the tracks but apparently they are not used-at least not while we were there. The freeway is within sight but did not bother us and I am a light sleeper. There are 2 buildings for this hotel and the park and fly guests stay in the back building and are instructed to park there. Since I did not stay in the main building I cannot compare the 2. As I said earlier, our room was clean and while it wasn't the Ritz, it was just fine. The shuttle is scheduled and stops at other area hotels but the schedule they give you when checking in makes it easy to figure out which shuttle to take based on your flight. There is a Denny's at the entrance to the parking lot so if you are without a car or do not want to move yours after parking it, you can very easily walk to Denny's All in all, when comparing prices for park and fly, this one offered the best deal.
