We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. The unit we stayed in was free standing with rooms on two stories. We used a newly acquired AARP membership and rates were reasonable. Room was over-sized which was great for a family. Breakfast was wonderful and they had plenty of places to sit. My only complaint is that they didn't start serving until 7am and we wanted to get out hiking earlier than that. Grounds are well maintained (pool area wasn't completed yet) and a young deer ran through the parking lot right in front of my son as we walked over to breakfast. Priceless!

This hotel is located in beautiful Springdale Utah. The hotel is cozy and has easy access to the beautiful outdoor scenery. The rooms were clean and the hotel is new. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and was impressed with the staff.

We recently returned from a trip to the Southwest. Several of the hotels were booked in advance but many were not as my husband and I wanted to "play it by ear" so to speak and not be totally tied down. We arrived in Springdale after a 5 hour car trip having no idea what the town would even be like. We were pleasantly surprised to find a VERY nice little town with several loding options. After driving through I went in to check out the availability and rates at La Quinta (because it looked so nice). I was warmly greeted at the desk and after discovering the rates were very reasonable and they had a room we immediately booked our stay. I could not have been more pleased with this decison. During this trip we stayed in about 6 hotels in all -- LaQuinta in Springdale was by far the BEST. It was so convenient to Zion National Park (just hop on the bus almost directly in front of the hotel), it was so clean, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the food was plentiful, plus the views from virtually all the rooms are AMAZING. It was just a GREAT place to stay. I have already recommended this to a friend who will be taking a similar trip and will continue to recommed this hotel. I might add that I was a bit hesitent to even go in as the La Qunita near where I live is not a place I would ever stay in. Happy to say this is not true of all LaQuinta's. So.......as I said, if you are heading to Zion National Park, don't hesitate to make a reservation here -- you won't be sorry!!!

Great hotel, comfortable beds and a great breakfast in the morning. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. It was a half block to catch the shuttle to the park. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great addition to the La Quinta family. This inn opened in January 2013 to guests and is running at full speed. The LaQuinta website says they have two restaurants on the property and they will in several months. The breakfast area is, however, open and serves the best of the La Quinta breakfasts. There's the usual cereals, breads, coffee and juice, but also yogurt, small cartons of 2% milk, coffee cakes (Apple, blueberry, banana; and I highly recommend the apple!), warm cinnamon rolls and English muffins with egg, canadian bacon and cheese. They also have waffles made to order--you don't have to do it yourself! There's not a hard boiled egg in sight! The staff is friendly and efficient and know what to recommend and where to go. I checked in with David and we had a very lively conversation over what restaurants he would suggest. The next morning I quizzed Gail on my addiction of rocks and beads and she sent me to Silver Bear Enterprises on the way out of town. Really nice place, Gail and thanks for recommending it! This La Quinta doesn't look like the rest because of the location. It's lodge-like, with a beautiful pool, fitness room and large guest laundry. The lobby is very nicely done. If you want to tour Zion National Park, leave your car at the hotel, walk to the left one block and pick up the FREE shuttle into the Park which takes you to the visitor's center. There you can pay your fee (or use your pass) and ride the scenic loop on a FREE shuttle. Be sure you take your camera and lots of water. We went in May 2013 and it was hot, but not uncomfortable at all. "It's a dry heat!" The was a constant breeze so we really didn't mind the ride on the shuttle, which is not air conditioned.
