Booked this hotel for a sporting event. Due to circumstances and an injury to a family member we had to cut our trip short. The front desk clerk was so understanding and helpful. She said she was sure they would refund our money but we would have to discuss with the manager. They were not in on Sunday or Monday then after calling on Tuesday morning received no return call. Finally emailed and got the response that they would not refund our money. First and last booking AT&T any LaQuinta chain! Terrible customer service.
The gentleman at check in was super quick and friendly. I liked how everything in the lobby and the rooms was new and fresh. Like another reviewer said, the beds were super comfy. The decor is modern and very tasteful. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day!! I love that the free breakfast includes hot items like make your own waffles, eggs, etc. This location is perfect for any Indy events. It is close to the city without all the traffic and parking issues.
The price was reasonable. Close to Indy if that is important to you. Newly remodeled and they spent some $$$$ on them. The beds were super comfy. I normally do not sleep well in hotels and both my husband and I slept really soundly ALL night. Highly recommend this hotel. The restaurant options at this exit are not the best. There were kids enjoying the pool!

What a beautiful hotel! :) We are very thankful our travels led us here. Very clean, modern, bright, and cheery! Our three little boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Our executive suite was immaculate and worked tremendously well for our family of 5. Sabrina provides excellent customer service so we could enjoy out entire stay. Thank you! We will definitely be back!
I am very particular about where I sleep and this hotel lived up to my expectations. It is newly remodeled and a La Quinta Inn. The rooms are spacious and very clean (mine had a jacuzzi tub). There us a new workout facility, pool area and sauna. The service is great as well. Can't beat the location right off I-65 in Greenwood IN about 5 -10 minutes south of downtown Indianapolis. Cost is very reasonable. Definitely would stay here again: worth a little getaway!!!!
