"A very decent place to stay"

I had the pleasure to stay at this hotel for a couple of nights during Labor Day weekend. Our room was really nice, spacious and clean. This hotel offers a free breakfast and it is well stocked and constantly maintained. The lady working on the breakfast was on top of everything to make sure it was nice, clean and stocked. The cleaning crew saw to it that our room was really well maintained and when seeing us in the halls, asked if there was anything else that we needed. When checking in, the front desk manager Anthony, was behind helpful. I had a special request that he immediately attended to and then asked us what we wanted to do during our stay. When we stated that we planned on going to Gettysburg which was half an hour away, he gave us the low down on the trip and gave us suggestions on what to do once there. Another front desk attendent Tony was very helpful as well recommending local restaurants that might suit our needs. There was also a heated indoor pool that looked very appealing and well maintained and this location allowed dogs as well. We dont have a dog but we got to meet some new friendly, four legged friends. Overall, this was a very positive experience! The service was second to none, the breakfast was delicious and our room was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anybody passing through the area.

I had the occasion to stay here on a business trip on a Saturday night this past weekend. I was very tired when I arrived at 8:30 p.m. and was met by one of the friendliest front desk staff I've ever encountered. Tony you were outstanding in helping me get settled in if even for a short one night stay. Originally my room was on the first floor which makes me a tad nervous when traveling alone besides being close to the parking lot. So Tony graciously moved me to the 3rd floor and when I got up there I discovered that there was obviously a fairly loud party going on across the hallway! So downstairs I went and Tony moved me back to my original room without complaint. Thank you again Tony. The room was huge and neat and clean. I only have two small complaints about the room. The TV is in an awkward spot and fairly hard to really see from the bed. My major complaint was the bathrooms had paper thin walls and you literally could hear everything through them. It was almost comical! On that note, like I said, everything was neat, clean & tidy. Yes I would stay there again but would most definitely stay on an upper floor as the parking lot is literally right outside your window!

"Great Place"

This La Quinta Inn appears to be fairly new. The place is exceptionally clean. The room I was in had laminated wood flooring in the entrance and bathroom areas, with carpeting in the rest of the room. Staff were polite and very helpful. There is not much lanscapping around the building, but what thee is was nicely groomed, and atrtractive. The neighborhood is residential on one side, and nice commecial on the other. Pleasant neighbvorhood to walk in. There was a steakhouse in easy walking distance.
