A La Quinta traveler |
I was really enjoy the stay at this hotel, becouse was very clean, and the customer sercive was amasing, So i for sure evry time i will travel i will looking for La Quinta Hotel. Becouse i been and others hotel and went there was a lot of suprise becouse when i got in to the room was really bad was smelling and was realli dark and the customer service was very poor so i really recomende stay at La Quinta Hotel
Quiet hotel on the side of 99. Okay room, nothing great, but better than staying at a less expensive chain. Pool area small, but attractive. No gym. Free wifi and flat screen tvs in rooms. Standard breakfast with the make yourself waffles and prepackaged muffins. Rooms were clean but nothing special.
We stayed here on our way from Sacramento to San Diego. Not much along 5 on this stretch besides Motel 6's and the like. So we went a little inland and chose this inn alongside the 99. Then you can take the 99 back to the 5. Suited our purpose and we paid a fair price through hotwire.
We were in the area because a family member having a serious life or death surgery. It was a stressful ordeal. The stay at La Quinta Inn Bakersfield South was the bright spot of our stay. The staff friendly and courteous. Room, one of the best I have ever stayed -reasonable price, quiet, clean, TV, phone, frig, microwave, iron and the beds VERY comfortable. The GOOD sleep very helpful during the long stressful days. We have a new favorite hotel when traveling - La Quinta Inn!!
We had to travel with our dog on this trip and there aren't that many places in Bakersfield that allow pets. We wouldn't normally stay at a La Quinta, but to be honest, we will stay here again, even without the dog. We stayed in a suite, which wasn't that much more money, and really enjoyed the extra space. It really does make a difference in the stay.
We stayed here for a couple of reasons. One was close to freeway (US 99) and the allow dogs. They also have a great breakfast. The rooms are well acquainted with king bed, microwave, refrigerator, HD TV and free Wi-Fi. The beds are very comfortable and friendly staff made our stay very pleasant.
