A La Quinta traveler |
I would recommend this motel to anyone, is very nice, clean and quite, breakfast is super.
The location is great, it just off the freeway along with many restaurants in the area to pick from. If you like IHOP restaurant is just next door and they give you 10% discount for staying at the motel.
We had trouble making a reservation on the LQ website and we thought we were booked (didn't receive a confirmation though) for $81 dollars. Got to the hotel and they didn't have a reservation for us, and they wouldn't honor the rate. Front desk clerk liked to finish your sentences for you! Other than that place was a little tired, but clean.
Very nice staff, very responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff dealt with noisy guests right away. Close to freeway, 10 minutes to Oceanside pier. Very close to I5 for trips into San Diego, but out of the bad traffice.
This was a nice place to stay.Good location right off the freeway.Close to my son's home and shopping and places to eat.The hotel and rooms were very clean and updated.The only problem we had was after the first night a spot on our carpet started to smell like cat urine,other than that,it was a nice stay.
I was here for a week in Vista, CA and it was convenient to the main highway. It was THE worst laquinta I stayed in. On the weekends you see all the prostitutes come out and I had one asked if she can borrow some cash. Borrow some cash.. i don't even know you. The front desk was rude. I had several requests for towels and cleaning service. NEVER provided so I went down there to the lobby and asked for the towels myself. As for the cleaning. I really cleaned it myself.
