We were visiting family in Orlando and wanted a CLEAN value priced hotel. This was it. It was in the mid-90's when we were there and the A/C worked great. Enough room to move around in. Good location. Pool if you want it. We didn't like the looks of the continental breakfast so we ate out. But, it would be terrific deal with children.

This property offered a free airport shuttle with a great driver who was so helpful with my luggage. She even took it to my room as I mentioned traveling with a back problem. The check-in went smoothly, and I got the requested 1st floor room near the lobby. Restaurant right next door offered inexpensive seafood and bbq choices, just right for the casual traveler. Comfy pillows and beds, small continental breakfast ready at 5:00 a.m. was perfect for an early flight. Shuttle left on time and driver helpful. Had no issues and I am a seasoned, picky traveler.
I am picky about hotels. I pay attention to everything. The rug, the sheets, look for roaches, smells, everything. And I usually book at the more expensive hotels because I know they will meet my expectations, but this time we just wanted to get away for one night and needed to be budget conscious, so we thought we would give LaQuinta a try. OMG! We were so pleased. Our room was HUGE! Super clean, fresh sheets, clean rug, fresh smell, it was perfect! The continental breakfast was nice too. The only issue we had was the AC in our room was noisy when it turned on. We didn't request to be moved because we had already gotten comfortable and didn't feel like moving to another room, but when I told the front desk as we were checking out they apologized for the inconvenience, reported the issue for repair and refunded our night stay. We would certainly return again.
we were very satisfied with experience at this motel and recommend it highly...from check in to leaving everything was a pleasant experience...a little hard to find...not too far from airport...restaurant close by, with good food, nothing fancy but good...fast food down the road a couple of lots...
This hotel is a good value for the money. I'm happy that I made the choice of this hotel for 3 nights with my family. Friendly members of staff. Good airport shuttle which is a plus. House keepers are very efficient. Breakfast items not bad but the varieties can be improved. I would definitely stay here again and also recommend it to someone else.
