Since there are only two hotels in Snellville, and the other one is not an option, I stayed two nights here while helping my daughter pack her house for a move. My third floor room was newly decorated including new furniture, bedding, sofa, linens, and carpet. The bathroom is a good size with large granite vanity and tile floor. Shower walls are granite as well. Very clean. Room had small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Bring your own soap!! My only real complaint was that the fitness center machines were facing away from the door so that you could not see who/what was entering. As a single female, I did not feel safe in there and thus missed two days of my routine exercise. Breakfast was HORRIBLE--go to Chick-Fil-A across/up the street.
The rooms were very clean, and the accommodations were nice. One of the front desk personnel wasn't the friendliest, but my stay was very pleasant. Stephanie's service and attitude matched that of any 5 star hotel that I've stayed in...she was extremely helpful and made our visit that much more enjoyable.
We were very pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel, their following our requests, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We have allergies and asthma in our family, so when making our on-line reservations, we asked that no sprays be used in our room. Not only did they follow such, when we checked in, they had this requested noted.
We were very pleased with finding a good size refrigerator, a microwave that might be a little dated, but certainly was very functional, as well as our room and all public areas to be free of any moldy smell.
The beds were queen size, so very roomy and comfy. We even have reservations for our next stay there.
Nice hotel, getting a little worn down but still a good value. The bed had 'depressions' where many have slept, the carpet in the room is getting a bit old, and the refrigerator temperature control is on the back of the machine (difficult to find and adjust). The staff is quite pleasant and helpful. Breakfast provided (eggs and either sausage or sausage gravy much better than the usual coffee and donut fare), saving you a few $$. We brought our dogs, and there are a lot of dogs staying there (since there is no extra charge, which is why we try to pick LQ when traveling). Quiet area, if you are in the back of the building. Very few motels/hotels in the area, plenty of restaurants, and this is a good pick.
Stay at this Hotel when I come to visit my family and it is the best in town. Close to various stores and within minutes of stone mountain. Service is absolutely over the top. The staff is friendly and always goes out of their way to accomadate ur needs. Value and cleanliness were on the top of my list. Will always stay here when i am in town.
