The personnel, at this facility, do try very hard to make ones visit, with them, comfortable. The water in the outdoor pool, on a very hot day, was even cool, how they managed that, I do not know. I would recommend this facility to anyone planning to visit this area. Since it is away from the Houston traffic, but near the city, it is much quieter.
We enjoyed our stay, you couldn't ask for a better group of staff memembers. The manager David should be rewarded with a plaque of some kind and his staff deserves one as well. We have been coming here ever since the hotel has opened and have have had wonderful experiences at this location.
There wasn't one thing that I could complain about this hotel! Everyone that worked there there was extremely helpful and nice. I would definitely stay at this location again! Polly (I think that was the ladies name at the front desk) was super nice. She worked the front desk plus prepared the breakfast in the morning. She was so calm handling both jobs. She even went out of her way to accommodate us. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
Wonderful staff and clean rooms. No problems at all during our stay and will stay there again next memorial Day weekend. The Hotel Manager was very nice and helpful. We were able to bring our family dog which was great!
The place is super clean. The beds are great and the staff is very friendly. Okay, now the negative, the place is hard to get to because of where it is on the feeder road. It makes getting to the hotel a little tricky if you are not familiar with the area.
