My husband and I stayed here for one night before I ran an ultramarathon around Lake Waramaug. The room was perfect, very clean, staff was friendly and everything about my stay was great. The hotel has an Outback Steakhouse off the lobby which was very busy on the night we stayed, we ended up leaving the hotel to find dinner elsewhere.
Hotel was very clean. With some family members having allergies, we did not have any problems here with chemical smells , or dust. The staff was friendly. It was great that we could just walk downstairs to Outback Steakhouse for lunch. Very convenient.
Location was right off the expressway; easy to get to in an area where there are stores and restaurants. Rooms were clean; included a fridge and microwave. Having the microwave was great for me since I'm a tea drinker and all hotel room coffee makers, if you run just water through them, still taste like coffee. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was included (could have used more variety). This is a pet-friendly hotel where pets stay free. It was very clean with fresh smells. There was no evidence that pets were allowed except for seeing them! Only negative I have is the room air conditioning was a bit hard to control but not important to me. Great job La Quinta!! I will definitely stay here whenever I travel to Danbury!
Having never used LaQuinta, we were hesitant, however LaQuinta will be on our list of places to stay next time we travel. Because of allergies I had requested a scent free room and I was not disapointed. This hotel is good value and having the Outback Restaurant next door was an added bonus, as Outback always presents a good meal. It saved us having to worry about where to eat.
We stayed here for one night after driving all day it was a nice comfortable room. Hotel staff was pleasant and courteous. Breakfast was great, they were constantly refilling everything. I will be staying here again in a few weeks. Looking forward to it.
