A La Quinta traveler |
New and Clean close to shopping and in safe area. Indoor pool, complimentary breakfast, great location at the intersection of 1431 and 183. Friendly staff. I have stayed at this property two times and I usually stay at four star hotels.
This review is late in coming since I stayed at LaQuinta back in November 2012. I cannot remember the man's name at the front desk that night but he was so very nice. We came in late from our flight out of Wisconsin to see if LaQuinta had any rooms available ans for 2 nights there was availability. There was even a suite available and it was wonderful!! Very clean and roomy!! My husband and I even loved the bed, it was so comforable and we usually do not sleep well at all in hotels but we did at LaQuinta!! The front desk man was very sympathetic and understanding that evening because we came to visit my husband's aunt in Cedar Park who was terminally ill with cancer and he geniunely cared, I could tell it wasn't fake sympathy either. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel and may I say kudos to your caring staff!!!
From checking in to checking out everyone was very pleasant. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Stayed on a busy graduation weekend. Hotel only has one elevator so if it is busy prepare for a wait or having laundry carts in elevator with you. The entrance has a sign but if you are looking at hotel and miss it you have to go a ways down the road to be able to turn around so be sure to pay attention. Still a wonderful place to stay and very happy with it.
We came into town for my sister's graduation. We asked the front desk if they had a room for us to celebrate afterward, and they let us use the breakfast room or the meeting room. They were unbelievably kind and extremely accommodating! The rooms were really clean!! The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but it was a small price for absolute perfection everywhere else! =)
I loved my stay here. Everyone was super helpful and Vera at the front counter is an angel.
Thanks for the great nights sleep and beautiful room! Hope to return again in the future! :)
My only complaint was that they ran out of eggs and bacon too fast!!!
