A La Quinta traveler |
Our stay at this hotel was a good experience. They represented the franchise very well. With the exception of a requirement on the size of this review I have no complaints, while I would not hesitate to stay at the hotel or their chain I will probably not write another review!
I used this hotel because it was close to the Memphis Airport and I had an early flight the next day. I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean with an excellent staff. They have a shuttle to take you to the airport, it only takes about 10 minutes. Free breakfast, and you can leave your car there in a gated, coded, parking lot. The airport itself is in a bad neighborhood, but it wasn't too bad where the hotel is located. If you want to stay in a better part of town, don't stay near the airport. It's just convenient.
Nice and clean room, dog friendly, and awesome staff!! Used business center with no problems, allowed for late check out, and good breakfast. We liked that it was gated. Staff referred us to Marlows for BBQ and it was delicious!!
Great stay, clean, and excellent customer service. Had no issues with our one night stay here. The only issue with this hotel is the location, it is in a VERY bad part of town and depending on which way you come in, you will see what I mean. The parking lot of this hotel as well as the other airport hotels are gated and need a password to access. Close to airport and close to Graceland. Highly recommend.
I was weary about booking this hotel, however I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and how clean it was. The room looked well put together and all the furniture was in good shape. Bathroom was largest I have seen in a hotel. Very conveniently located off the highway and airport. Great all the way around. BTW You can wait to get to the airport if you want to eat Corky's BBQ.
