A La Quinta traveler |
We recently stayed one night in Searcy, Arkansas so our son could visit the Harding University campus as a potential student in 2014 and we were privileged to stay at an extremely nice hotel in town. This place was helpful and friendly from the time I called to make the reservation until the time we checked out. The rooms are beautiful and sizeable and perfectly clean. I highly recommend this hotel and it is pet-friendly which is why we selected it in the first place.
It was great for the Staff to make additional reservations for us on our trip. Very helpful. We would always prefer to stay at the La Quinta because of their Pet Friendly Policy, and the valuable cost of the rooms.
Thans for a wonderful stay (excellent staff, accomodations and assistance. I have travelled for business in the past and am retired. Manytimes my colleagues would comment on La Quinta buthis my and my wife's first experience. She comments "You are her new favorite place to stay." Since we also ocasionally travel with our pets, this made the experience even better.
We were in town for a basketball tournament and stayed her based upon rates (77) and reviews. We were so absolutely pleased. The exterior and interior areas were very nice, the rooms were spacious and updated and very clean, and the bedding slept wonderfully. We were happy in every aspect from the breakfast to the price. If I had a criticism, it would be that the walls seems a little thin in that we could hear hall traffic and voices pretty easy, as well as the upstairs occupants but that, in NO WAY, would stop us from recommending this hotel to anyone. We will be back when we come to Searcy again. Thanks for as very nice stay!!
Stayed here 3 nights for the first time, the first week of May 2013. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was fresh and hot and they had a couple of employees always working making sure there was enough food and that it was hot. The room was nice. I was surprised how large the room was and very happy, as I usually get upgraded suites at other hotel properties due to my status with the loyalty programs. Again this was my first time ever staying at any LaQuinta. Room decor was new, bed was soft, room was clean, including the coffee maker. Price was very reasonable, parking lot was well lit and felt safe. I will stay at this location again on my next visit.
Make sure you join their loyalty program also. As a member you can earn free night easier than any other property that I stay at. I stay in hotels 3 weeks out of every month.
Don't hesitate if your in Searcy, book it. You will not have any regrets.
