Great lay out, friendly service, nice breakfest. Had pool and work out room to ourselves. Clean new smell. Good towels and granite counter tops in the bathroom. The bed was better than home! It was nice to stay away from the casino. Will stay the again my nest trip to Turning Stone. Was a better value than the casino rooms.
Stayed at this hotel as a last minute rest stop. Had booked a room with 2 queens but when asked for an extra bed, they put us in a room with a sofa bed, which we were very happy with. Always love that there is a fridge and microwave in the room. Very handy. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Only drawback is that the bathroom had some issues. No ventilator fan, door would not lock properly and water did not drain properly but pooled in tub. Most likely just a problem with this room. All else wonderful, including the breakfast.
We found this hotel in the New York State Thruway Coupon Magazine. It was clean and nice in every way. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. Not only was it inexpensive and clean but it was right across from Turning Stone Casino. They have free shuttle service to and from the casino. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
On our arrival, the young woman at the front desk,Amanda, asked if there was anything else she could do for us after giving us our room keys. When we told her we were from Rochester and would like to play golf in the area before going home, she told us she would print up a list of area golf courses and include the one her father likes to play. When we returned from the casino, she had the list ready for us and had highlighted the nearest one. She was so pleasant and helpful, we know she will go far in the hospitality industry if she so chooses.
Perfect stay... room was spotless and the hotel staff was above the norm as far as friendliness and helpfullness. The bar was perfect for our needs (not too loud or pricey) and the hot tub ws hot! Great place to go for a quiet, clean stay.
