Perfect stay... room was spotless and the hotel staff was above the norm as far as friendliness and helpfullness. The bar was perfect for our needs (not too loud or pricey) and the hot tub ws hot! Great place to go for a quiet, clean stay.
Rooms and staff are A-1 ..they are pet friendly and have an above average continental breakfast.. they have a shuttle bus but i don't know the areas they go because i had no need for it.. close to shopping and restaurants and a casino..
Everyone at the hotel were helpful and courteous. The hotel was very clean and tidy! The pool area was clean and seemed to be in use most of the day. Our room was beautifully arranged and very clean! We enjoyed our staf very much and are looking forward to our return. The shuttle serve3 they provide to and from the Casino was hassle free! A big bonus when not staying at the Casino directly!
Nice new, clean, hotel. Close to Turning Stone but you wouldn't want to walk there at night. (They do have a shuttle).
Warning though. The walls really are as thin as everybody says. I've stayed here a few times and you have to be ready to ignore your neighbours and the train.
This hotel is three levels across from the casino at Turning Stone. I was there on business and we rented business rooms and overnight stay rooms. The staff could not have been more attentive and accommodating. I would recommend this for business and pleasure. Special Kudos to thee bar staff and front desk.
