We stayed the first two nights at this hotel when we arrived in Cancun. This is a good hotel to stay when you will do the Cancun daytrips. The price is good. The location is in downtown and there's no beach near. There's a small swimming pool but who goes to a swimming pool in Cancun? There's a small gym but newly equiped. The breakfast is good. The bedroom and the bathroom are big and modern. Clean hotel. Free wifi, free parking lot. I recommend this hotel for the days you do daytrips as Isla Mujeres, Xel Ha, Xcaret, etc. But, please, after the daytrips move to a hotel beachfront to really feel as Cancun or Riviera Maya is a wonderful place to relax.
In Centro rather than on the beach, but shuttle provided into the main tourist drag so not an issue. Fun catching the bus back. Hotel is clean and well appointed - huge bed, a fridge and microwave and plenty of power outlets for charging things (which was not regularly the case in other Mexican hotels I struck). Free hi speed wifi in room. Friendly and helpful staaff. Really pleasant stay. Easy four star
We had to stay in Cancun for just one night to make a flight connection. Our room was clean, well appointed, had very comfortable beds, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast buffet was yummy and included in the price. Check in and out was quick and easy. The hotel desk staff helped us with a critical, last minute transportation issue. Our room looked out onto an alley, and it was tight walking around the beds for 2 adults and 2 kids. For one night though, it was just what we needed. There was a pool (sadly it was pouring rain when we arrived, so we didn't use it), but the gym was nicely appointed. We booked ahead on Expedia, and all went smoothly. For a stop over we'd stay again.
Located near the AirPort of Cancun. Nice, large and clean room in a modern hotel. The breakfast was okay-better than most in the US. There is a Shopping mall just a few minutes from the hotel with good shops, a big supermarket and a cinema. All in all a good stay for short periods because of the missing sea and the street infront of the hotel.
My family and I stayed for a weekend. Overall service was just great: well designed bedrooms, functional bathroom with nice shower and hot water, nice and comfy beds and decent work space with WiFi for traveler workers. We enjoyed the amazing view from our sixth floor room and the variety of the hot buffet served in restaurant. Also, we loved my daughter's complimentary birthday cake in our room (they really mean guest service).
Extra bonus: medical assistance and hospital, casino, shopping mall, dinning, clubs, transportation and more within a walking distance.
The only thing that we would suggest to the manager is to open access to taxis or cars so their guests can check in. Done this, they should show their guests the way to the parking lot.
